About Bob -

Bob is a Luxembourgish cyclist with the Quick-Step Floors Cycling Team. Now in his 6th year as a pro, Bob is well known to many cycling fans having been a former World Junior Time-Trial Champion and a highly successful Junior and U23 cyclist. Having shown huge Grand Tour potential in the 2016 and 2017 Giro d'Italia Bob's future will remain with Quick-Step until 2020.

Last season Bob won the iconic Maglia Bianca symbolising the best Young Rider in the Giro for a 2nd time, taking an exciting stage win in Bergamo and a spell in pink along the way. Having twice won White in Italy 2018 will see Bob focus on the Tour de France in July where he will front the Quick-Step teams GC ambitions in the race.

As an Under 23 Bob won a host of the Worlds' most prestigious races including Paris-Roubaix, Fléche du Sud and many more which attracted the interest of the Trek team where Bob spent racing 2013-2015. Bob finished his first Tour de France in 2015 in the top 30 overall on GC. A strong final week which included a top 15 finish on the infamous l'Alpe d'Huez as well as being a prominent rider in most breakaways over the course of the middle and closing week.

An aggressive rider who thrives in tough, windy conditions and possesses the ability to stay on the climbs and excel in the TT's we are excited to see how Bob performs at the 2018 Tour in July.
